Redneck phrase meaning to go ahead and complete a task
The up and downs of going to the meetings. I did everything right this week and walked on my treadmill for 20 minutes a day and was still up .8 this week. Sheesh!. I spoke to a couple of the ladies at the meeting and they told me that I may not have drank enough water this week. But… Keep it up and I should show a loss next week. We had a couple of challanges this week but I counted my points and used 18 points so far of my weekly allowable. I am increasing my walking to 30 minutes a day starting Sunday.

Down 2.2 pounds this week Woot Woot!!! I made it past the 5 pound mark now my next goal will be the 5% mark. That will be just a little above the 10 pound mark. It may take me to the end of February. I hope not but it is what it is. I’m in it for the long haul.

Up .02 pound. I will take it! I was sick in bed for 5 days and not able to eat the way I should have the week before so… I am happy with just a slight gain after being on program.
