Julie's Weigh…Time to Git Er Done…

Redneck phrase meaning to go ahead and complete a task

A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

The adage “A picture is worth a thousand words” refers to the idea that a complex idea can be conveyed with just a single still image. It also aptly characterizes one of the main goals of visualization, namely making it possible to absorb large amounts of data quickly.

I have been looking at other sites and a few of them have been using pictures instead of writing down what they consumed that day. Roni does that quite a bit. www.ronisweigh.com I think I like the way it looks and I may try to use that as my journal. I am not sure yet but… it seems like it would make it an easier way to track. I really haven’t tracked any meals on my site yet. I am tracking my meals on the WW site. I find I need to track to stay on track and make sure I don’t eat more than I should.

My meals today consisted of rye crisp w/laughing cow cheese, lunch was a meatloaf sandwich w/mayo and 2 pickle slices, dinner was another meatloaf sandwich due to lack of interest in making dinner. I actually had to take our dog pounder to the vet tonight so it was an easy out.

I am grateful for a husband who is very easily satisfied with the meals I make.

My points today equaled 30 daily points and 4 weekly allowed
