Well tomorrow is Monday and it will be my first challange. We have a lunch tomorrow at work. I am not sure what the rep will bring but I will have to eat small portions and make sure I have breakfast so I won’t overeat at lunch. I am bringing some oatmeal and nutrigrain bars for snacks along with some apples. Portion control is probably the hardest part of a diet for me. I want to eat until I am stuffed. I don’t know why I do that. We never went without when I was growing up. Its like I need to eat like Duane even though he is 10 inches taller than me. What am I thinking… Sheesh…Its no wonder I am so fat. Lesson today is quality… not quanity…I am planning on having a treat daily so I am not feeling deprived. I will probably cheat on my diet if I don’t reward myself something sweet. My sweets will be fat free or sugar free candy and I will count the points.

Hummm Points… I must be thinking of doing the WW plan. I will write down all of the items that I eat. in a journal
